SUDECO reinforces the interest in Brazil's Airship to promote and invest in the Midwest region
The Planning and Evaluation Board of the Central-Western Development Superintendency (SUDECO) met with representatives of ADB with the purpose of deliberating on the actions necessary for ADB's participation in the feasibility study of the implementation of the International Technological Park of Ponta Porã.
The objective is to boost ADB's business in the Midwest region, aiming at the commercialization of lighter-than-air technologies - LTA in the future Midwest Technology Park ("Parque Tecnológico do Centro-Oeste").
In addition, the sale of ADB airships to the Fire Department (CBMGO), as well as the application of lighter-than-air platforms (aerostats and airships) in the various stages of SISFRON (Integrated Border Monitoring System), being ADB a partner and ally of SUDECO for the development of that region of the country.
On a date to be defined, ADB and SUDECO will make a joint presentation at the Ministry of Regional Development, in order to share solutions that allow the development of other regions of the country, especially aiming another collaboration with SUDAM (Amazon Development Authority), according to representatives of SUDECO.
The meeting was attended by Miss. Joicy Caetano, General Coordinator of Planning and Evaluation Board and Mr. Carlos Filho, representing SUDECO and by the side of ADB, Dr. Marcelo Augusto de Felippes and Mr. Caio Freitas, CEO and Commercial Manager, respectively.
